Trails are CLOSED (2/15/2026)
Wales Trails are closed. Fingers crossed that we'll get enough snow & cold to open back up again this season. If not, although it wasn't as good of a riding season as last year, it was still pretty darn good. Please watch Facebook, this website and RidePa online for updates on what is closed or open. As a reminder we will also be using the RidePA app to show trail status as well along with areas that may have a need for caution. You can find the RidePA download at pasn

Trails are Open as Marginal (2/12/2026)
Wales Trails are open with marginal conditions. The majority of the trails are icy and some areas are very thin snow (ice) cover. Please use extreme caution and enjoy your ride, this may be the last couple days of the season if we get the warmup that they are calling for next week. You can follow trail updates on RidePa app (with GPS) or the RidePa website for online updates as well as Facebook and here on our website. As always please use caution and stay on the trails.

Trails are OPEN (1/24/2026)
With the additional snow the other day and extreme cold temps most of the water holes have frozen up and filled in. There are some thin spots throughout the train system and a little water in the woods on trail 44 between Plum Rd and the gas line (so that will be considered marginal but the rest is good). You can follow trail updates on RidePa app (with GPS) or the RidePa website for online updates as well as Facebook and here on our website. As always please use caution a

Trails are CLOSED (1/18/2026)
Wales Trails are still closed. Although we did get some significant snow last week, there was still a bunch of water and we need to build a new base. We did get out to pan and roll what we had and noticed that there are some folks out there riding which is not helping things. With the drop in temps we need to let the water areas freeze up so that when we do get more snow that we will be able to open. Fingers crossed the forecasted snow in the next few days will hopefully

Trails are CLOSED (1/5/2026)
Wales Trails will close at 23:59 (11:59PM) tonight (1/5/2026). The long range forecast looks good starting on Sunday but we'll have to wait and see what actually happens. We do know that PISC is already closed and others may be too if you do attempt to go out today, please check other clubs first to make sure that you are riding where trails are open. Please watch Facebook, this website and RidePa online for updates on what is closed or open. As a reminder we will also b

Trails are CLOSED (12/20/2025)
Wales Trails will remain closed for now, the warmer temps on Wednesday and Thursday were enough to melt off a lot of snow and to create standing water in many areas as seen here . Please watch Facebook, this website and RidePa online for updates on what is closed or open. As a reminder we will also be using the RidePA app to show trail status as well along with areas that may have a need for caution. You can find the RidePA download at pasnow.org or here . Trails are CLOSED (12/14/2025)
Wales Trails remain closed. We are finally able to get out today to attempt to complete trail signing. While we do have permission to get into some of the land where hunting was going on we do still have some property owners that will continue to hunt until after Christmas. Once signing is completed, we'll post what trails will be open and what is still closed. Please watch Facebook, this website and RidePa online for updates on what is closed or open. As a reminder we

Trails are CLOSED (12/4/2025)
Wales Trails are closed even though we do have some snow. Being that most of our trails are on private property and we have many Landowners that either hunt on their land or allow others to hunt on their land we are waiting for them to give us the okay to open trails. We ask that everyone out there please respect the Landowners as well and not ride until we give the okay and open the trails.
