Trails are CLOSED (1/18/2026)

Wales Trails are still closed. Although we did get some significant snow last week, there was still a bunch of water and we need to build a new base. We did get out to pan and roll what we had and noticed that there are some folks out there riding which is not helping things. With the drop in temps we need to let the water areas freeze up so that when we do get more snow that we will be able to open. Fingers crossed the forecasted snow in the next few days will hopefully be enough to open providing we don't have land owners close trails because of those riding when they shouldn't be. Please watch Facebook, this website and RidePa online for updates on what is closed or open. As a reminder we will also be using the RidePA app to show trail status as well along with areas that may have a need for caution. You can find the RidePA download at pasnow.org or here.
