Wales trails are open as marginal conditions. Please use extreme caution as trails are full ice. With the ice you should consider that stopping and turning will require some extra thought and attention. Additional time to stop and slow down for turns especially for sleds without carbide runners on skis or picks in the track. Cooling for most sleds will be a problem as well since there is no snow to assist in cooling. Roads are also bare and could be a challenge with cooling as well. For all of those with a fan cooled sled with picks and carbide runners, this is your time to shine.
